Performs administrative support functions related to accounts receivable, billing, collections and revenue support to meet company goals. Supports collections team by completing administrative functions to reduce barriers for collections.Duties and Responsibilities:- Researches accounts for billing accuracy adjusting discrepancies as needed.- Prepares and reviews paperwork for attorney, write-off, and/or cut off processes.- Handles returned mail, skip tracing to locate alternate billing addresses.- Assists with termination of services process.
